Refund policy

No Returns and No Refunds
We have a blanket 'No Returns' and a blanket 'No Refunds' policy which means you cannot request a return or a refund from WheneverTwo.
We can potentially replace goods if you can show they are defective, or were damaged in the post, or if you received the wrong item. If this has happened, please contact us immediately on replacements@whenevertwo.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right if we are able.
(1) You must type either 'DAMAGED' or 'WRONG PRODUCT' into the subject line, or you will receive no response.
(2) You need to attach a product photo and your invoice, stating briefly whether you think it might be postal damage, manufacturing damage, or the wrong item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your application, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not.
If approved, your product will be replaced within 10 business days. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at reminders@whenevertwo.com.
