Collection: Michigan

he official Michigan state flag features a dark blue field with the state's coat of arms at the center. The coat of arms, adopted in 1835, includes a bald eagle and supporters of an elk and moose, representing the state's wildlife and the United States. It also features a central design of a man with a rifle standing on a peninsula, symbolizing Michigan's history and its willingness to defend itself. The flag also incorporates three Latin mottos: "E Pluribus Unum" (Out of Many, One), "Tuebor" (I Will Defend), and "Si Quaeris Peninsulam Amoenam Circumspice" (If you seek a pleasant peninsula, look about you).
