The official Tennessee state flag features a crimson field, with a circular blue field in the center containing three white stars. The blue circle is bordered by a white stripe, and the flag also includes a vertical navy blue bar on the fly (right side). The three stars represent the three grand divisions of Tennessee: East, Middle, and West.
